Contact the International Cooperation and Exchange Office for the Application Form for International Students and Foreigner Pyhsical Examination Form or download the two forms from the Website:

Please post the completed forms together with degree certificate, transcript, and registering Fee (RMB200Yuan) to the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. (Mailing Address: Box 201 Lanzhou Jiaotong University, No. 88 West Anning Road, Lanzhou China 730070)
Please apply for X-Visa after receiving Admission Letter for International Students of Lanzhou Jiaotong University and JW202 Form.
Please enter China before the Visa is expired and check in with the Admission Letter, JW202 Form, valid passport and 8 recent two inch size color photographs in 5 days after your entrance.
