10 Heros among the most famous 14 wuxia fictions written by Jin Yong (Louis Cha) will "take part in"  2010 Shanghai World Expo.

The heros will meet in "De Cheng An", the exhibition case of "the Urban Best Practices Area" from Macao in 2010 EXPO. The arrangement office claim that "De Cheng An" will set up a particular Jin Yong exhibition area , which makes 10 most representative heros "spaning time and space, travelling  JiangHu" in a 5 minutes short movie with high technology and multimedia representation methods. This will show the long history of  martial art tradition in Macao.

WHO IS JIN YONG(Louis Cha)?

Louis Cha, GBM, OBE (查良镛; born 6 February 1924), known with his pen name Jin Yong (金庸) is one of the most influential modern Chinese-language novelists. Co-founder of the Hong Kong daily Ming Pao, which he started in 1959, he was the paper's first editor-in-chief and held this position until 1993, when he retired. He has also written and directed two films.

WHAT IS  "De Cheng An"?

"De Cheng An" began to build in 1917, used to be the largest hockshop in Macao, belonged to merchant prince names Gao Ke ning. It had not been using after completing a course in 1993. In 2001, Macao SAR Government spent  1,400,000 ao yuan in restoring and maintaining, and then handing it to  civilian-run enterprises. From then on, "De Cheng An" had beening opened to  public as the "Pawnbroking Exhibition" and "Cultural Assembly Hall". Due to  the successful protection and utilization case of this history construction,  it was honored with 2004 UNESCO Heritage Award.
