Brunch at Le Meridien's

Looking for a luxurious Sunday brunch? The Latest Recipe restaurant is now open every Sunday for Sparkling Sunday Brunch.

 

On the 15th of March, 2010 The Le Meridien Xiamen began its new Sunday Sparkling Brunch at its Latest Recipe restaurant.

 

The brunch buffet includes the standard breakfast food such as eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, pastries and breadstuff. As well as cuisine from China, Thailand, India, Malaysia, the Middle East and Mexico such as quiche, pizzas, pies, large roasts of ham and a seafood bar is also available.

 

What's more, The “Eye Opener”, with its ‘awakening’ flavors of fresh fruits and vegetables with spices is offered during the brunch. The Eye Opener is a drink in a shot glass served in the morning and is one of six signature dishes inspired by 3-star Michelle Star Chef Jean - Georges Vongerichten.

 

There are two sets of prices for the brunch:

1.  158RMB + 15% which includes a free glass of French sparkling wine, Opera Blanc De Blancs Brut, Free flow of juice and soft drinks.

 

2.  258RMB + 15% which includes free flow of French Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur NV, the perfect wine to serve throughout an entire meal. It in addition pairs perfectly with seafood especially caviar.  Along with Free flow of juice and soft drinks.

 

For family brunches, there’s a Kids Corner with different specials every week. This is a great opportunity for the children to try their hand at culinary either baking a cake or making pizza. Children who took part in the cooking got to show off their culinary skills to their parents and afterwards, every child received a certificate and took pictures with the Executive Sous Chef, Lee Da Kang at the end of the brunch.

 

Brunch starts at 11:30am to 2:30pm every Sunday.  

 

Whether it's a special occasion, an opportunity for friends to catch up or a pleasant start to a lazy weekend, Sunday Sparkling Brunch at the Le Meridien Xiamen is a meal for relaxation and good company to be enjoyed by all.
