Transtlate Setting up a company as a foreigner is not easy and there are many things to take into consideration and to prepare when starting a business in China. You have to prove to the government that you have enough start-up capital for one. Then you also haver to understand the whole tax system, the registration process and have a solid business plan. You should also have well thought out location, business name and be in the clear whether you want to be wholly owned or start your business with a Chinese partner etc.
