Huaiyin Institute Of Technology

Huaiyin Institute of Technology is one of the provincial institutions of higher education in North Jiangsu province, China. It is located in Huai'an, a famous historical & cultural city as well as the hometown of Zhou Enlai who was the first Premier of the People's Republic of China. HYIT was founded in 1958, and in 2000 it was upgraded to an undergraduate institution granting Bachelor Degrees. In September 2011, it was selected as one of the pilot institutions undertaking “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE)”. In October 2011, approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, it was authorized to offer Master Degree of Engineering.
