Summer Vacation Arrangement of SHNU

 According to the university schedule, the summer vacation is arranged as follows:
 
1. The summer vacation lasts from July 15 to August 30. August 30 and 31 are for the new-term registration and the routine work starts the next day. September 11 is for the new postgraduates to register. All others shall start courses from September 2.
 
2. The executive staff will rotate days off from July 17, and return to work on August 29.
 
3. Security of both students and facilities should be ensured by relevant colleges and departments. Special attention should be paid to the prevention of typhoon and all kinds of accidents.
 
4. All institutions should assign necessary work to ensure the security during the holiday, a namelist of those on-duty should be sent by e-mail to both the
 
President’s Office (xiaoban@shnu.edu.cn) and the Security Department (bwch@shnu.edu.cn) before July 5.
